October 2012 saw the launch of a multimedia campaign in Italy, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Europe, promoting "Montepulciano d'Abruzzo" the region's foremost grape variety.

Professor Renato Mannheimer, the researcher behind the pre-launch statistics, confirmed that the "highly innovative" style was sure to be well-received within the Italian market.
